Our Holiday Homes
Our holiday homes are spacious and comfortable, featuring one double bedroom, and least one twin room, and a pull-out double sofa bed in most. We welcome your furry friends, as the majority of our accommodations are pet friendly. Additional charges apply for pets, bedding, and a refundable care and respect bond to ensure our caravan remains in excellent condition for all guests.
Our holiday homes are in a lovely location on the site and the surrounding holiday homes and gardens are all kept to a very high standard, and all areas have a welcoming residential feel about it.

Onsite Amenities
During your stay in one of our holiday homes, you'll have access to a variety of attractions and amenities in and around Brean, including on site on the resort, you'll have Brean Soft Play, Brean Splash, Brean Theme Park, arcades, multiple bars, and various restaurants and entertainment centres including RJ's with live entertainment for the kids and adults. Opening Easter the brand new Coastal Tavern Sports Bar and Pavilion will also be offering a fabulous dining and entertainment experience.
Remember your guest passes will give you priority seating, discounted entry to various attractions, including Golf and free onsite parking, and access to onsite laundries are included in your stay.

Important Information
For your convenience, we offer 24-hour security and check-in at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and parking is available for one guest car. Please note that electric vehicle charging is prohibited at the caravans due to safety risks. Guests are kindly asked to bring bedding and towels (unless requested at booking - please see supplemental charges) and any additional items for self-catering and ablutions during their stay.
