What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

All breaks are Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday except in the main school holidays where availability is advertised Saturday to Saturday

(Where availability allows other days may be possible, please ask when enquiring) 

How do I secure my booking?

A £75 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

For ease you can pay by PayPal securely on our pay online page

Payment in full plus your returnable (subject to satisfaction) £75 care and respect bond is required 4 weeks before your holiday booking starts at which point your holiday's fees will become non refundable should you cancel - Any supplemental fees and your care and respect bond will be refunded 

How do I get the keys and my guest passes to 612?

Simply check in at reception on arrival and they will give you the keys and your guest passes and your free to enjoy your holiday. The barrier works on number plate recognition, so as long as the vehicle is the one registered when booking, you are free to leave and enter the resort 24/7

Are pets allowed in the accommodation?

We allow 2 well behaved dogs in the accommodation but all dogs must be on a lead when walking in all public areas to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests on site. (Please see supplemental charges)

Please note we do not allow XL Bullies or cross breeds of these dogs at any time.

Will we need to bring anything?

Yes - While we have taken care of nearly everything you will need for a comfortable stay, all breaks are self catering, a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave and fridge freezer is provided along with all cooking utensils. Local supermarkets include Morrisons Local, Lidl Asda and Tesco's.

You will also need to bring your own towels and, or bedding if you have chose not to use ours... Oh! and we always suggest you pack some loo rolls!

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes, there is parking available for 1 guest car outside the accommodation which is included in your rental, extra cars are chargeable and will need to park in the designated public car parking areas.

IMPORTANT The charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited 🚫 from caravans due to the safety risks. There are electric charging points situated in the car park next to the general store. Any violation of this rule will lead to you being asked to leave the site and no refunds will be given.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited 🚫 inside our holiday homes.

You will lose your care and respect bond if there is any evidence or smell that indicates smoking has taken place inside the caravan.

However, you can smoke outside, inside the fenced area or on common grounds and in all public and designated smoking areas on site.

Is WiFi included?

Yes a private WiFi connection is included with all stays, and public WiFi is available throughout the site.

Are Stag and Hen parties welcome?

No - Unity Beach is a family focussed resort and does not encourage Stag and Hen parties. With that in mind, please be aware the maximum number of same sex individuals staying is 5. This is a resort rule and not ours.
